Booking
On booking, a £50 deposit (per week) will be required to confirm, redeemable in full on return of key at the end of your stay pending no costly damage or breakages have been incurred.
The total cost must be paid
in full at least 2 weeks prior to arrival.
Key will be sent to you via post.
Any cancellations with less than 2 weeks notice will mean a loss of deposit.

week:
£100 deposit to confirm booking.
+ £800 rental payment at least 2 weeks prior to arrival.
On departure, £100 immediately returned by post.

Arriving and Leaving
Entry to house is from 1500
hrs Saturday (negotiable).
Please vacate by 1100 hrs Saturday, to allow for cleaning and linen change for
our next guests.
Please place all rubbish in black bags provided and leave at rear in parking
space for refuse collectors.
Please be kind enough to wash up all crockery that you may have used.
Please place all soiled towels in bath.
Keys to be posted through front door letter box on vacating premises, after having locked back door from inside.
