Living room/dining room, fully fitted kitchen, access to rear garden, garage and parking.

1ST FLOOR:
Main bedroom, 4' 6" bed.
Bathroom with bath and integral shower.

2ND FLOOR:
Front bedroom has 4' bed.
Rear bedroom has single bed.

Accommodation is heated by gas central heating throughout.

LINEN
All towels (2 bath each person per week) will be provided.
All bed linen will be provided.
All tea towels will be provided.

AMENITIES
Colour T.V. and stereo system in living area.
Hair dryer and shaver adaptor plug in main bedroom.

End hook to be found near rear kitchen window.
Pegs are under kitchen sink.
Laundry basket is under stairs cupboard.

GARAGE
A garage key may be found in kitchen.
This will unlock garden door of garage, thus accessing garage double doors for entry from parking space.
PLEASE KEEP LOCKED when not in use.
